Breaking free from addiction — the 100-Day Recovery Programme at Bharosa Neuro-Psychiatry Hospital
Bharosa's Flagship Programme

100 Day Rehab Program in Hyderabad

100 days to a new life. We don't just prescribe a pill and send you home — India's first evidence-based 100-day transformation programme rebuilds mental health with time, structure and complete, holistic care. You entrust your loved one to us; after 100 days we return them not just treated, but transformed.

Why 100 Days?

The Science of Neuroplasticity

Popular myths say habits form in 21 days. For a brain strained by years of addiction or mental illness, deep neural rewiring takes a minimum of 90 days — so we built the programme around the brain's own timeline.

Days 1–30

Stabilise

The brain detoxifies and stabilises — sleep and appetite return.

Days 31–60

Rewire

New neural pathways form as new behaviours are learned.

Days 61–90

Cement

New habits are cemented into the personality.

Days 91–100

Relaunch

Preparation for the real world — work, study and family.

Alcohol, tobacco and gambling — dependencies the 100-Day Programme helps patients overcome
Break Free

Recovery From What Controls You

Alcohol, tobacco, gambling, drugs — the 100-Day Programme treats the physical dependence and the mental habit together, so freedom lasts well beyond discharge.

The 4 Phases of Transformation

Progressive, Not Repetitive

The 100 days move through four distinct phases of healing.

  1. 1

    Phase 1 — The Detox (Days 1–15)

Medical stabilisation, managing withdrawal, restoring sleep and appetite.

  2. 2

    Phase 2 — The Repair (Days 16–45)

Intensive therapy to find the root cause — trauma, stress, genetics. Emotional healing begins.

  3. 3

    Phase 3 — The Rebuild (Days 46–80)

Skill building: anger management, communication, rebuilding self-esteem.

  4. 4

    Phase 4 — The Relaunch (Days 81–100)

Relapse-prevention planning, family counselling, preparing to return to work or study.

100-Day Programme — FAQs

What is Bharosa Rehabilitation Center?

Bharosa is a medically supervised rehabilitation and de-addiction centre offering psychiatry-led treatment, detox, counselling and recovery programmes for addiction and mental-health disorders.

Who can join the treatment programme?

Anyone struggling with drug addiction, alcohol dependence, behavioural addiction, depression, anxiety or other psychiatric issues can join our programmes — men and women of all ages.

What is the duration of the treatment?

We recommend the 100-Days Programme, scientifically designed for neuroplastic healing, habit change and relapse prevention. Shorter plans are available based on the condition.

How do I get admitted?

Call us, visit our centre, or schedule an appointment with our psychiatrist. A basic assessment is done before admission.

Is the admission process confidential?

Yes. We maintain 100% confidentiality for all patients and their families.

What do I need to bring during admission?

Basic clothing, personal hygiene items, medical history (if any), ID proof and current medications if applicable — we provide everything else.

Can I visit the patient during the programme?

To help the patient focus fully on recovery, visits are restricted during the first 30 days. After that, scheduled family sessions are arranged to rebuild relationships.

What if the patient wants to leave early?

Addiction and mental illness often 'trick' the patient into leaving. We strongly advise against premature discharge — our counsellors motivate patients to complete the full cycle for lasting results.

Is the programme different for men and women?

The core schedule is similar, but we have separate wards and gender-specific therapy groups to ensure safety, privacy and comfort for female patients.
